Prior to your scheduled session, an email will be sent containing the invoice with the payable amount. For your convenience, this is payable directly via this email and is required any time up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Some clients prefer to pay on a session by session basis, however a block of sessions can be purchased to suit your requirements.
How many sessions you need is completely dependant on each individual and their needs. Each client's is assessed on a case by case basis and progress is reflected on throughout according to each clients personal goals for therapy.

Most clients start with weekly sessions and then progress to bi-weekly sessions when progress is sufficient to do so or when extended reflection time is required e.g., when engaging with exposure therapy.
Your therapist will communicate with you via email when confirming appointments and sending any reflection work to complete between sessions. Some communication is also made via messaging services such as WhatsApp and text message if suitable.
Medication is not prescribed and should be sought through your GP. Medication can be discussed and advice will be provided to contact your GP and make an appointment.
Invoices are payable prior to each session and must be paid at least 24 hours before a scheduled session. In the case cancellations, these much be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session in order to receive a refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will not be refunded.
In the case of block bookings, a refund of unused sessions may be given if cancellation requests are made at least 30 days after purchase, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds for unused time are not normally granted as therapists charge for time which is scheduled to be used - as other medical professionals. Best Life CBT will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and in the case of the request being based on any special or legal circumstances, such as but not limited to medical, death, disability or court orders, Best Lift CBT will make accommodations.
